Tuesday Jul 12, 2016
Tuesday Jul 12, 2016
In this repeat: An interview from 2015 about Lewis' relationship with women.
Does C.S. Lewis's life and his writings have anything to say to our world today, especially in relation to females? That's the very issue Women and C.S. Lewis aims to tackle. It does so by gathering together a variety of scholars and thinkers (both men and women) who are very familiar with Lewis to, as its subtitle says, find "what his life and literature reveal for today's culture." William O'Flaherty spoke with Carolyn Curtis, one of the co-editors of the book about this new release for 2015. Contributors include many who have been guests before on the podcast: Dr. Devin Brown, Colin Duriez, Dr. David Downing, Andrew Lazo, Dr. Crystal Hurd, Paul McCusker, Dr. Holly Ordway, Dr. Michael Ward, Dr. Alister McGrath, Dr. Don King and Revd Dr. Malcolm Guite.
